I know I know, we’re talking about Christmas already! It’ll soon be here though… scary thoughts. Let’s make those thoughts a little less scary, with these three accessories from Just Mobile which I believe are great stocking fillers.

AluPen

AluPen is a stylus, enough said. It’s a simple stylus, but it’s also a stylish stylus… Many people are put off of using a stylus, especially for a device made with the human finger in mind. The AluPen is made from Aluminium, hence the name AluPen. After a few days of using this, I found it has it’s own place on the iPad, it’s not my favourite way of navigating, I’d prefer to use my finger, saying that, I can’t draw with my finger… I can’t draw at all to be honest, but that’s another story…

Using the AluPen for drawing made perfect sense, It feels more natural, and gives the feeling of being in control of your iPad artwork, something your finger isn’t great at. This isn’t a must have, but it’s pretty neat for you artistic iPad owners out there, and hey, it comes with a free pouch to store it in!

Slide iPad Stand

I’ve always been in the market for an iPad stand, and if you are too, then listen up… or should I say read carefully.

The iPad Slide stand from Just Mobile is a small, but sturdy stand, again made from Aluminium, with suitably placed rubber to protect the edges of your £400+ investment. I found only one issue with this stand. Towards the back of the stand is a roll of heavy rubber, which is removed to be used as a back rest for the iPad…sorry but black rubber? In my honest opinion, it takes away from the stunning design of the Slide stand. If you’re not too bothered about the rubber, and in all honesty, it isn’t a deal breaker, then this stand is good looking, very sturdy, and looks made for the iPad… that’s probably because it is…

What about if you are bothered about the rubber rest? Then the Encore might be the stand for you…

Encore iPad Stand

The Encore iPad Stand is by far my favourite stand from Just Mobile. It’s sturdy, it looks awesome, and works very well in an Apple based office, like mine. The Encore features an adjustable arm, allowing you to have your iPad at multiple angles. This isn’t just for The New iPad, the Encore works with all iPads. Just like the Slide, the Encore has rubber padding to ensure your iPad is protected from scratching.

With the Encore’s multiple viewing angles, both viewing media, and typing on the iPad is an enjoyable experience, and if we had one, I’d give this product an office stamp of recommendation.
