At this years Worldwide Developers Conference we got a look at iOS 7, OS X Mavericks and much more. They also unveiled a service available through their iTunes music streaming service named iTunes Radio (not iRadio). iTunes Radio is primarily a way to discover music and then iTunes will remember the songs you have listened to and then you can go back and purchase them when you want. You can also create stations based on genre or artist types. iTunes radio is built within iOS 7 and can also be accessed on PC and Mac if you are an iTunes user. You will have to deal with adverts unless you are an iTunes Match subscriber.
It will be available from the wall in the United States and is likely to spread worldwide as it gains popularity and the overall experience matures further.
